Jamaican Meat Patty

In some gas station they sell a thing called " Jamaican Meat Patty". It looks very similar as one of the Chinese snack. So I gave it a try in Chinese way to make "Beef Patty".


I have been to Warmart to looking for the cake flour but didn't find any so I use bread flour and all purpose flour and shorting to made it.

It taste real real real good!!
