Dried Fish Floss


This dried fish floss was made by Tuna fish. The most Taiwanese like such kind of dried floss. It could make by fish or meat.



1. Four cans of tuna fish (in water,17g each)
2. 2 Tsp soy sauce
3. 2 Tsp oil
4. 1 1/2 Tsp sugar


How to:


1.First of all, extract the water from those tuna fish can and mixed all other sauce together evenly.

2. Place in a dried wok and keep stir it until it's dried.

3. Place into a dry bow, keep turning them until it's cool down and the
heat is total release. If there's any moisture exit then back to the dry wok to fry again.

4. Must wait until it's totally dried and cold, storage them into any dry container or can. Because it's dry enough so it can keep at least 3 to 4 weeks.
