Steamed glutinous rice roll


Last time I made "Dried Fish Floss" can also fill in this "Steamed glutinous rice roll". Most of Chinese people eat it for breakfast or supper(after dinner and before go to bed).

It was steamed in a bamboo steamer, so it has a great nature flavor.



Usually we can put lots of different filling inside of it. It depends on what you like and you can make your own choices. I put radish, dried fish floss, peanut powder, sugar and a little bit hot sauce, so the flavor is very rich.

The two different shape are regular size. You can even make it round.

Steamed glutinous rice roll would be my breakfast for today, I am hungry now....................
